Denver Broncos and Tim Tebow

Who is Tim Tebow?

A miracle worker?

Lucky?

Or is he faithing it, while he makes it?

I used to get angry when athletes would recite “It’s God’s will” as the reason they just drove in the game winning run, or catch the winning touchdown.

I really get it now.

You have to understand your purpose.

Acknowledge it!

Have faitth!

Prepare for your opportunity.

Then go out and do what you can control.

And let God(The Universe, Divine, Nature, Mohammed, Buddha whomever or whatever you want to call it…It does not matter to me) do the rest.

I’m mean come on.

The Bears had the game in control.

All Marion Barber had to do was take a knee and it was a done deal.

However that is not what happened and Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos won another improbable victory(scored 10 points in 2:30 min with a 59 yard field goal to tie the game a fumble recovery and then a 51 yard field goal to win the game).

With this win the public  has gained more belief and confidence in Tim Tebow.

And maybe with our own ability we have when we align with our partner’s purpose.

I know I am becoming clearer.

No matter if he wins or loses any more games.

I admire his passion and belief.

And who knows may be this will be another story that changes the world.

God Is Playing for The Denver Broncos: A Fan’s View

Best Pole Dance Ever Jenyne Butterfly

The music captivates you right from the start.

Okay who’s kidding who.

It was probably the title.  But the music is a great second act.

Then I witness something so beautiful.

Artistic.

Athletic!

As I watch it again.  Purely for research.

I notice how much Jenyne is having.

Laughing.

Playful.

Childlike.

It looks so easy.

But  we will never know how many hours.  Scrapes and bruises.  Sacrifices went into this beautiful routine.

So here’s to having fun at what we do.  From this beauty arises.

Watch what happens at the 3:20 mark.  Truly amazing.

Learning To Jump Without Seeing The Net

Why do we feel the need to know the outcome before jumping?

Why don’t we just say I am going to do this and then find joy in experiencing the ride.

I was thinking about this as I read Sterling Hayden’s words, “If you are contemplating a voyage and you have the means, abandon the venture until your fortunes change. Only then will you know what the sea is all about.”

See the rest of Sterling’s words in this video.

What’s Goin On…

I was moved to tears by Jonah Mowry’s video .

His courage in sharing the number of times he has cut himself to relieve his pain.

The pain from being bullied.

The pain that made him almost take his life.

Do you know what is remarkable?

What makes me feel so grateful to be alive in this world right now?

The speed and quickness that this world has healed him. At least for the moment.

The outpouring of love from complete strangers. Sharing their stories and their encouragement.

How the celebrities of this world our helping Jonah see a new life. A life that can be possible if he chooses to change the recording that is playing in his head.

He knows it. “I dont’ know why…But i gues i do. Cuz I kinda of hate me too..”

I feel so electric right now because we are in the middle of this powerful event.

I am writing this post at 9:59 pm EST. There are over 553 000 views of his video on Youtube .

The first time I saw this video.

There were 106 000 views.

Thank you Jonah for having the courage and the balls to share your story.

Your story saved this bald guy (“I can’t do this anymore.”) and in the process your healing will help heal this world.

P.S. What I find amazing is that people still want to bring Jonah down. Some of the comments are really nasty. I would like to suggest that instead of bullying these people who are so scared and fearful that they feel they must vent in anger, why don’t we show them compassion and love. Follow the threads and comments and when you see a comment of hatred, don’t spew it back, reach out to them and share your love. Maybe that is how we can participate in this movement. At least that is what I am doing…

P.P.S. I am chuckling Jonah because this is the first post I have written in 19 months. It is because of your courage you have moved this bald guy to action. Thank you again for sharing your story and huge thanks goes out to everyone who took the time to write to Jonah. Especially to the people who offered their support, encouragement, and love.
